Qualifications

• At least 21 years old for unarmed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of experience.
• Rotating schedules and weekly itineraries.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English; English required for bilingual posts.
• Background check and drug test as required by law.
• Puerto Rico driver's license may be required.
• Customer service skills are essential.
• Availability for credentialing and trainings.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients per site security procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations with calm problem solving.
• Perform regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
• Receive and route processes at employee/visitor reception per site rules.
