Job summary

Running Lab is seeking an Offsite Sales Coordinator in Brighton, MI. This role expands our presence through community partnerships and offsite events while also working on the sales floor 3 days a week. The position emphasizes relationship-building, organization, and travel to partner sites across the region.

Pay starts up to $20 per hour. A portion of the week is dedicated to in-store operations, customer service, fitting needs, and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail or leadership experience.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient with Excel or Google Sheets for tracking.
• Willingness to travel to offsite locations and work events.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with local businesses and organizations.
• Represent Running Lab at offsite events by scheduling, organizing, and executing meetings, presentations, and on-site selling events.
• Identify new outreach opportunities to expand the footprint and bring services to onsite events.
• Plan, coordinate, and staff offsite events, ensuring materials, staffing, and logistics.
• Track partnership activity, event metrics and communication using shared spreadsheets.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and events to align messaging and goals.
• Travel regularly to partner sites, events, and local organizations.
• Support in-store schedule by working the sales floor when offsite events are not scheduled.
