Job summary

Bronco Energy Services is seeking an Offshore Structural Fitter for projects across the Gulf of Mexico. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience, particularly in offshore construction and fitting. Responsibilities include setting up tools, securing parts for welding, and participating in safety processes.

Job Responsibilities

• A member of the construction team reporting to the Bronco Energy Offshore Supervisor
• Set up and operate hand and power tools common to the trade
• Lay out, position, align and secure parts for welding
• Participate in JSA’s and all other Safety, Health and Environmental Processes
• Conduct behavioral based safety observations
• Provide personal tools

Skills & Experience

• Recent Offshore Construction experience required, fitting handrails and grating
• Prior structural fabrication experience preferred
• Experience using safe work habits

Assessment Requirements

• Written structural fitters test
• Pre-placement physical exam and lift capacity evaluation
• Pre-employment drug and alcohol test
• Successful enrollment in DISA
