Job summary

Energy Job Shop in Belle Chasse, LA seeks Offshore P&A Helpers to support experienced operators in plug and abandonment projects, onshore and offshore. Safety-conscious candidates who are eager to learn and able to handle a 24-hour callout schedule are encouraged to apply.

Requirements include a valid driver's license or state ID, good driving record, and the ability to pass Homeland Security checks and safety training (water survival).

Qualifications

• Good work history.
• Willingness to learn and follow directions.
• Able to work a 24-hour callout schedule.
• Valid Driver’s License or State issued I.D.
• Good driving record.
• Ability to satisfy Homeland Security background check requirements.
• Completion of safety training (including water survival)
• Compliance with drug & alcohol testing policy.
• Physical ability to lift up to 90 lbs., climb stairs, and hang from a rope (offshore only)
• One year experience in oil and gas (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Support experienced operators in plug and abandon operations (P&A).
• Work onshore and offshore in Belle Chasse, LA.
• Adhere to safety protocols and 24-hour callout obligations.
