TIGA, a Tetra Tech Company, is seeking a Measurement Technician in Lafayette, LA. The role involves repairing, installing, and maintaining gas and liquids measurement equipment, calibrations, and documentation.

You will verify meter performance and work with ABB Totalflow, Emerson ROC, and various meters while collaborating with field personnel. Requirements include 3+ years in the field, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Formación

• At least 3 years of experience as a measurement technician.
• Experience with flow computers ABB Totalflow and Emerson ROC.
• Familiar with Coriolis, turbine and mag meters.
• Must be familiar with maintenance and operation of a LACT unit.
• Strong written and oral communication; detail-oriented and organized.

Responsabilidades

• Repair, install, troubleshoot and perform maintenance on gas/liquids measurement equipment.
• Witness meter performance verifications as performed by 3rd party contractors.
• Inspect & replace orifice plates.
• Maintain meter calibrations and adhere to documentation standards.
• Maintenance of measurement devices including calibration and communications.
