Mourant is seeking an Associate to join its market-leading Litigation & Dispute Resolution team in Guernsey. You will work with experienced litigators on complex, high-profile matters, gaining significant client exposure and early responsibility in a collaborative environment.

Qualificações

• PQE of 2–3 years in commercial litigation.
• Experience in commercial litigation, financial services and regulatory matters.
• Demonstrable practical and technical knowledge of common law practice.

Responsabilidades

• Obtain instructions from clients and prepare documents for Partner/Counsel review.
• Review and comment on documentation provided by third parties.
• Manage a varied caseload and progress matters efficiently.
• Complete matter administration, including conflict checks and time recording/billing.
