Job summary

Bilfinger is seeking an experienced Offshore Construction Supervisor to lead insulation, scaffolding, painting, and surface preparation activities on offshore projects. You will direct daily work for ISP crews, conduct pre-job meetings, toolbox talks, and JSAs, and ensure all work complies with customer specs, procedures, and safety requirements.

The role requires strong leadership, ability to read drawings and specifications, and offshore safety knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years offshore ISP experience.
• Minimum 3+ years leading offshore crews.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specs, and work scopes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the safe execution of insulation, scaffolding, painting, and surface preparation offshore.
• Direct and coordinate daily work assignments for ISP crews.
• Conduct pre-job meetings, toolbox talks, and JSAs.
• Ensure all work complies with customer specifications, procedures, and safety requirements.
• Mentor and train craft personnel to improve safety, quality, and productivity.
