American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a full-time Store Team Leader in Franklin, TN to act as the CEO of the store. You’ll lead a talented team, own the store’s business plan, drive sales, manage payroll, and coach associates toward internal growth while upholding AEO brand standards.

You’ll recruit, schedule, and develop talent, celebrate performance, and ensure exceptional guest experiences daily in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Workforce Management - it's your 'thing': You know that maximizing your business requires a well thought-out schedule! By evaluating traffic, calendars and payroll reports, you're able to make scheduling adjustments to meet business needs. As a result, payroll is always in check and you're always leveraging your top talent to deliver an impeccable guest experience.
