Your Role

As the full-time Sales Leader, you support the Store Leadership Team by rocking out strong LOD (Leader on Duty) shifts and ensuring a stellar guest experience. You hold down the daily operations of the store as needed, train, motivate, and celebrate associates, and have a passion for driving killer sales results. Most importantly, you represent our company values and bring your REAL self to work every day.

Responsibilities

• You are passionate about driving sales: as a key LOD, you maximize Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity and build guest loyalty through a best‑in‑class, in‑store guest experience, supporting Store Leadership in maximizing business opportunities to drive KPI results.
• You are a people leader: you motivate and inspire the team through AEO's core values, hold associates accountable to AEO's service standards on the Salesfloor and in the Fitting Room, and are a role‑model leader.
• You have an eye for talent and love training: you recruit and hire strong talent and prioritize training and development to ensure outstanding service and a Guest First culture.
• You foster teamwork: you challenge Sales and Stock Associates with clear goals and provide ongoing performance feedback through real‑time coaching, celebrating outstanding performance.
• You are a visual & operational innovator: you execute and innovate daily visual and operational procedures, including shipment processing, merchandising moves, and visual standards, ensuring Fitting Rooms are guest‑ready and meet AEO Brand Standards.
• You act with integrity: you maintain store safety standards, uphold Asset Protection standards, adhere to AEO policies and procedures, and always do the right thing.
