This full-time role involves preparing ALTA and boundary surveys while applying knowledge of Arizona standards. Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years land surveying experience.
• LSIT or RLS certification is a plus.
• Working knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ALTA, boundary, and topographic surveys.
• Process survey field notes and compile site information.
• Perform construction staking calculations.
• Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

Skills

Land surveying experience

Effective communication

Knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D

Knowledge of Public Land Survey System

Technical drafting skills

Education

High school diploma or G.E.D.
