Job summary

W.B. Mason Company Inc. is seeking a full-time Office Supply Delivery Driver in Virginia, Monday through Friday, to ensure timely deliveries and accurate loading at each stop.

You’ll develop routes, build lasting customer relationships, and communicate issues promptly while prioritizing road safety. Qualifications

• 21 years of age.
• Top Secret Security Clearance required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must obtain and maintain a DOT medical certificate.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Physical ability to regularly lift and move up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily delivery routes to fulfill customer orders on time.
• Make timely deliveries and place items per customer specifications, ensuring correct off-loading at each stop.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and communicate issues to a supervisor promptly.
• Prioritize safety while driving and maintain professional service throughout shifts.

WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE?

As an Office Supply Delivery Driver, you will begin your day planning and executing your delivery route to ensure that all customer orders are fulfilled on time. You will make timely deliveries, placing items according to customer specifications and ensuring that the correct items are off-loaded at each stop. Building and maintaining strong working relationships with customers will be a central part of your day, as you understand the importance of excellent service. Throughout your shift, you will communicate any issues to your supervisor in a timely manner, all while prioritizing safety on the road!
