Job summary

W.B. Mason Company Inc. in Cranston, RI is seeking a full-time Office Supply Delivery Driver to join our driving team. Plan routes, make timely deliveries, and ensure orders are fulfilled according to customer specifications.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with guaranteed 8 hours per day, weekends and evenings free, and generous benefits including BCBS health plans, 401k, life insurance, and a company-paid cell phone plan. Build strong customer relationships while prioritizing safety.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must obtain and maintain a DOT medical certificate.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Physical ability to regularly lift and move up to 75 lbs.
• Experience driving a Straight/Box truck preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute your delivery route to fulfill customer orders on time.
• Make timely deliveries and load items per customer specifications.
• Unload items at each stop and maintain accuracy of orders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and report issues to supervision.
• Prioritize safety on the road throughout the shift.

What's your day like?

As an Office Supply Delivery Driver, you will begin your day planning and executing your delivery route to ensure that all customer orders are fulfilled on time. You will make timely deliveries, placing items according to customer specifications and ensuring that the correct items are off-loaded at each stop. Building and maintaining strong working relationships with customers will be a central part of your day, as you understand the importance of excellent service. Throughout your shift, you will communicate any issues to your supervisor in a timely manner, all while prioritizing safety on the road!

What's needed from an office supply delivery driver?
