Holland & Hart LLP is seeking an Office Services Clerk in Denver to provide general support to the Office Services Department. You will handle phones, reception, inventory, mail, and hosting for meetings and client conferences, while assisting with copy/printing and light facilities tasks.
The role requires at least a high school diploma and 2+ years in hospitality or a professional office setting (preferably in a law firm). Strong MS Office skills and a professional demeanor are essential.
The Office Services Clerk will provide general assistance and backup coverage to all areas of the Office Services Department including, but not limited to: purchasing, reception, hosting, printers and fax, messenger and mail services and the copy center. This role will perform a variety of tasks that keep the office running smoothly behind the scenes. This dynamic role requires adaptability, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to maintain professionalism while handling a variety of responsibilities throughout the firm.

Creates a consistent and exceptional experience for others, whether directly to external clients/customers or indirectly through internal support, that elevates the overall perception of the firm.

While performing the duties of this position, the employee must have the ability to sit, stand and/or walk for extended periods of time; manipulate (lift, carry, move) weights of at least fifty (50) pounds; have repetitive wrist/hand/finger movement to work on a computer and/or related office equipment; speak clearly and concisely so listeners can understand; and regularly understand the speech of another person.

Salary Range $19.29 - $29.66. A discretionary bonus may be available based upon performance.
