Job summary

Williams Lea by RRD is seeking an Office Services Associate in Boston to support daily back-office operations, including reprographics and mail, across hospitality, facilities and reception service lines. You will work a Monday–Friday schedule from 9:00am–6:00pm and interact with clients in person or remotely, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to client site policies.

  • Minimum 1 year office services experience preferably in a legal, banking or large corporate environment.

  • Proven customer service skills to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, including professional telephone and email etiquette.
  • Attention to detail with good organizational skills.
  • Must be able to meet deadlines and complete all projects in a timely manner.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information.
  • Able to make independent decisions that conform to business needs and policy.
  • Good problem-solving skills and when to elevate issues.
  • Team player with diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Lift up to 50 lbs regularly.

  • Performs Quality Assurance on own and others' work.
  • Load machines with paper, toner, supplies.
  • Answer telephone, emails, and place service calls when needed.
  • Interact with clients in person, over the phone or electronically.
  • Adhere to policies; use equipment cost-effectively.

Job Description

The Office Services Associate is responsible for adding value in providing daily back office services for our client and teams. Services include but are not limited to reprographics (copy) and mail services in both physical and digital environments, with support for services in hospitality, facilities, audio/visual, reception, and other Williams Lea service lines as needed.

Additional Information

The range of pay for this role at the noted RRD location is $19.13-26.44 / hour. Typicaly, roles follow step progressions to a target rate or set increments over time. Depending on the role, in addition to the hourly rate of pay, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential, call-in, and/or stand-by pay. RRD's benefit offerings include medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, disability insurance, 401(k) with company match, life insurance and other voluntary supplemental insurance coverages, plus parental leave, adoption assistance, tuition assistance and employer/partner discounts.
