The Office Secretary III will be responsible for providing secretarial support to the Intake and/or Circuit and District court divisions of our Montgomery County, Maryland location. This position involves contact with indigent clients facing criminal charges and their families, over the phone and in person, to provide and gather information. It also involves regular data entry. In addition, this position may require assistance with attorney case management and filings of template forms and documents within the court filing system. Experience working in a law office or court system. Good organizational and problem solving skills, and the ability to multi-task. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Software and Google Applications. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Working knowledge and or experience with MDEC.

Demonstrated ability to accurately type on a keyboard of a personal computer at a minimum of forty words per minute may be required, depending on the specific requirements of the position.
