Job summary

TamCare Services is a trusted janitorial and maintenance partner delivering clean, safe, and welcoming environments for tenants and visitors in Miami-area Class A office buildings.

As a Full-Time Porter, you will keep lobbies and restrooms pristine, clock in with a mobile device, and support a team that values reliability, teamwork, and growth opportunities. Salary starts at $16/hour, with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Must have a positive attitude and good work ethic.
• Team player with willingness to learn.
• Able to stand for 4 hours, walk stairs, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Must be able to communicate in English.
• 1 year experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation to job sites.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Smartphone required for clocking in/out and to communicate with area supervisor.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of lobbies, restrooms, stairwells, and hallways in a Class A office building.
• Restock restroom supplies and sanitize common areas.
• Follow safety procedures and OSHA policies.
• Use a mobile device to clock in/out and communicate with the team.

Hours: 8:00AM – 4:30PM.

Schedule: Monday thru Friday.

Your Role as a Porter:

As a Porter, you will play a key role in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for tenants, employees, and visitors. Your work helps create a positive impression and ensures the building is clean, safe and presentable.

Your Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness of lobbies, restrooms, stairwells, and hallways, in a Class A office building:

• Restock restroom supplies and ensure all common areas are properly sanitized.
• Follow safety procedures and ensure compliance with OSHA and company policies.
• Use a mobile device to clock in/out and communicate with the team.
