Description

The Office Nurse (RN or LPN) prescribes and coordinates professional nursing care for assigned patients within the guidelines of accepted nursing practice, medical direction, and hospital policies, procedures, and standards. The Office Nurse utilizes the Nursing Process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care, and teaches and directs other clinical support staff in the performance of delegated acts to support the therapeutic plan of care.
