The Office Manager at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign will support the Planning, Design, and Construction team, focusing on assisting the Directors with meetings, reports, and calendars. The role requires handling confidential information with discretion and maintaining orderly office operations.
Responsibilities include coordinating travel, preparing materials, updating project workflows, and ensuring smooth daily administrative functions for the PDC group.
This position performs a wide variety of administrative duties for the Planning, Design, and Construction team, with emphasis in supporting: Director of Project Delivery and Director of Planning & Design.
This is a 100% full-time Civil Service 3266 - Office Manager position, appointed on a 12-month basis.
The expected start date is as soon as possible after November 7, 2026.
The negotiated Salary for this position is $47,915.40.
This position is not eligible for any type of sponsorship for work authorization.
