Monster Tree Service of St. Louis is seeking an experienced Office Manager to become the organizational backbone of our growing business. You will manage schedules, invoicing, and office operations to ensure exceptional tree care delivery every day.

This hands-on leadership role offers real ownership, impact, and room to grow as the company expands. You’ll lead a team, coordinate daily tasks, and uphold top safety and service standards.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; warm, clear, and professional.
• Reliable and organized; can be counted on to complete tasks.
• Problem-solver with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with the local area.
• Proven leadership; communicates clearly and earns trust.
• Experience running day-to-day operations and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Support General Manager and Owner with day-to-day tasks, including scheduling and customer service.
• Be the face and voice of Monster Tree Service—answer calls, greet customers, schedule estimates and appointments.
• Keep Sales Staff/Arborist calendar organized and on track.
• Maintain accurate customer records—estimates, invoices, receipts.
• Stay in regular contact with current and prospective customers by phone and email.
• Champion a safety-first culture and uphold industry standards.
• Assist with AR responsibilities and hiring protocols.
• Perform other general office duties as needed.
