Harmonia Holdings Group, LLC - Office Manager/Business Coordinator

We are seeking an Office Manager/Business Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the office and support management and staff.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Office & Visitor Management: Ensure the maintenance of the Corporate Headquarters, manage supplies, serve as the point of contact for services, and greet visitors in the main lobby, ensuring proper management. Answer general phone inquiries professionally and courteously, direct calls appropriately, and handle general information requests.
  2. Office Administration: Use computer applications to prepare reports, memos, and documents; sort incoming mail and courier deliveries; prepare outgoing faxes, mail, and parcels; forward emails to relevant staff; purchase and store office supplies.
  3. Corporate Communications: Manage all-company email communications regarding upcoming events and changes.
  4. Marketing Management: Handle social media posting (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn), assist with awards applications, and prepare marketing materials for career fairs and events.
  5. Event Management: Organize employee and corporate events, including client meetings, holiday parties, and engagement activities, ensuring flawless execution to enhance Harmonia's image.
  6. Other duties as required to meet team needs.
Ideal Candidate Attributes
  • Excellent communication skills, including business writing and presentation abilities.
  • Motivated, proactive, and open to new tasks and responsibilities.
  • Ability to remain calm amidst change and adapt quickly.
  • Proficient in multiple formats (phone, face-to-face, video) and able to work with diverse teams.
  • Strong organizational skills, capable of prioritizing and managing multiple responsibilities independently.
  • Ability to multitask, handle change gracefully, and demonstrate prior relevant experience, even if not in a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Preference given to Veterans or Military Spouses.
  • Position is onsite 100%.
