Base pay range

$45,000.00/yr - $55,000.00/yr

BP Environmental, Inc. (BPE) is a full-service Environmental Consulting firm that has been in business for over 25 years. BPE is a woman-owned small business and is certified as a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) with the Maryland Department of Transportation (MDOT). BPE provides a full range of Environmental and Project Management Services to both Public & Private Sector Clients including Phase I & II ESAs; Soil/Groundwater Evaluations; Permitting Compliance; SPPP; Site Assessment and Remediation, Storage Tank (AST/UST) Compliance, and oversite of AST/UST Removals/Closures.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Manager at BP Environmental, Inc. located in Easton, MD. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, including administrative tasks, bookkeeping tasks (accounts payable and receivables), managing office supplies and equipment, and ensuring a smooth workflow. Duties also involve handling customer service inquiries, supporting senior management, and maintaining organized records and files.
