Azora is looking for an energetic, highly resourceful person to help keep a fast-growing company organized and moving. This is a broad, in-person role spanning executive support, purchasing, travel, office organization, team logistics, recruiting coordination, and basic people operations. You will become the person the team relies on to solve practical problems quickly, coordinate the details behind important work, and make sure nothing gets lost between people, vendors, systems, and deadlines. The right person thrives around people and activity. You enjoy tracking down hard-to-find equipment, untangling difficult travel schedules, organizing a busy office, helping new employees get started, and handling unexpected problems without waiting for someone to create a process first. This is not a narrow administrative role or a predictable list of recurring tasks. Azora is growing quickly, and the work will change with it. There is substantial room to take on broader ownership of company operations as the team expands.
This is a full-time, in-person role based in the Bay Area. Some travel may be required.
