Job summary

Caliber Collision Sacramento – Fulton South is seeking an Office Manager to support the front office, provide payroll and HR administration, and manage accounts payable/receivable and cash handling to company standards. You will train and equip center teammates, ensure accurate records, and uphold Caliber's SOPs to deliver a world-class customer experience for every vehicle repair job.

Minimum 3+ years in a customer-facing environment with AP/AR and payroll experience preferred; valid driver's

JOB SUMMARY Caliber Collision has an immediate job opening for an Office Manager to perform all-purpose duties, which may include, but not limited to assisting with providing the front office teammates with the necessary tools, training and information to effectively perform their job, providing accurate and timely payroll and HR-related administration and recordkeeping for all center associates, maintain Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable accounts and Cash Handling procedures to company standards, and provide a world class customer experience to all customers by ensuring center’s consistent application of all Caliber Standard Operating Procedure's through ongoing training and monitoring. OUR OFFICE MANAGER FOR THIS POSITION CAN MAKE UP TO: $19-$23 per hour!

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years of experience within a customer facing environment
• 2+ years of experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll (Preferred)
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
