Watkins is seeking an Office Manager to support the Omaha facility, directing administrative and accounting support staff. You will uphold the Safety Program, guide admin processes, train for excellent customer service, and assist with special projects.
Occasional Saturdays may be required and confidentiality is essential. Qualifications include an Associate degree in a related field and at least 2 years of experience, with proficiency in Word/Excel and accounting software.

Watkins is looking for an Office Manager to support the Omaha facility. This person will direct and coordinate activities of employees engaged in administrative and accounting support. Must abide by Company Safety Program and Policies, while performing duties safely. Occasional Saturdays will be required. This is a confidential employee and must be able to safeguard information that is deemed confidential by the company and management.
Provides leadership and performs a broad range of supervisory responsibilities over administrative support staff, including one JAC, Office Administrator, and Receptionist.
Provides guidance to all employees of company admin processes, procedures and policies.
Develops and trains employees to achieve high-quality customer service work performance and satisfaction; motivates the team to achieve company goals and quickly resolve customer issues and concerns.
Develops and implements operating methods and procedures designed to eliminate operating problems.
Responsible for maintenance and repair needs of the office building.
Assists General Manager with special projects as needed.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have proven working computer knowledge on Microsoft Word and Excel software at an intermediate level. Previous experience on accounting software package is highly desirable.
