42 North Dental in the Boston area seeks an Office/Practice Manager to partner with the Dental Director and drive growth and patient care excellence. You will oversee day-to-day operations and ensure strong patient service, while supporting a steady flow of new patients.
In this role you will coordinate schedules, direct workflow for staff, handle human resources including hiring and training, manage accounts receivable, and report on practice metrics to improve performance.

The Office/Practice Manager at 42 North Dental is partnered with the Dental Director to drive the growth and success of the office by supporting excellence in patient care and exceeding patient service expectations. As a practice manager, you are responsible and accountable for the results of the practice and the day-to-day operations of the office. In our established practice, we welcome a strong flow of new patients each month.
Hourly Rate
$34 - $36 USD
