Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
  • Experience as an Office Manager or similar is preferred.
  • Proficient with office equipment, systems, and procedures.
  • Strong Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook skills.
  • Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule caregivers and cover open shifts.
  • Communicate with clients, families, and caregivers.
  • Manage caregiver onboarding, background checks, and personnel files.
  • Maintain compliance documents for Medicaid, DODD, and accreditation requirements.
  • Track EVV, timesheets, and coordinate with billing.
  • Assist with incident reports, audits, and state inspections.
  • Support Director of Client Care or Director of Operations with administrative tasks.
