We are looking for an experienced, multitasking Office Manager to join our Admin/Ops team. This is a work-from-office position. The Admin/Ops team is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the office and helping to improve company procedures and day-to-day operations as well as organize events.
Responsibilities include working with external vendors, communicating with the company branches and management globally, greeting visitors, and providing general administrative support to our employees and management. While you are not a receptionist, you often will serve as our company’s first point of contact for suppliers, service providers, and potential hires.
