Primary Purpose of Position
The Office of Disability Services seeks an Office Manager to support our team. The role involves providing administrative support, serving as the first point of contact, and managing the Test Center operations, including test security and integrity. The candidate must maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and a welcoming environment for students with diverse needs.
Minimum Education/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of training and experience from accredited institutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduation from a four-year college or university or equivalent experience.
Essential Job Duties
- Provide administrative support for Disability Services, including scheduling, purchasing, travel arrangements, and website updates.
- Manage office equipment and assist with event participation.
- Supervise, hire, and train undergraduate student staff, including processing hiring paperwork and managing schedules.
- Handle disability documentation in compliance with FERPA, including processing and follow-up.
- Maintain knowledge of campus policies and participate in ongoing training.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Additional Responsibilities
- Ensure current office procedures and social media postings are maintained.

Preferred Skills and Experience
- Two or more years of office management experience.
- Experience with invoice processing and managing student staff.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google suite and data management systems.
- Strong communication, organizational, and attention to detail skills.
