Job summary

ELA Container GmbH in Moosburg offers a three-year apprenticeship as Office Management Assistant with a focus on sales and marketing. You’ll learn how administrative tasks connect with internal sales, logistics and purchasing while supporting day-to-day operations and meetings.

During training you’ll primarily work at the Moosburg branch and have opportunities to explore departments at the headquarters in Haren (Ems) in northern Germany, gaining broad business exposure.

Qualifications

• Secondary school leaving certificate or university entrance qualification.
• Good performance in mathematics, German and English.
• Economic thinking and careful work.
• Communication skills and organisational talent.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Very good knowledge of German and good written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Organise everyday office life, plan appointments and handle correspondence with customers and colleagues.
• Support colleagues in internal sales, logistics and general administration.
