Avita Health System's Bucyrus Hospital is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the Employee Health/WorkWell department. The role involves assessing, planning, and implementing nursing care for patients in the physician clinic under supervision.

You will promote patient and family teaching, coordinate clinical operations, and support Avita's mission of high-quality, compassionate care in Crawford County.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio LPN license.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience in a physician office preferred.

We’re currently seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Employee Health/WorkWell department at our Bucyrus location.

Position Overview

Assesses, plans and implements the nursing care of patients within the physician clinic with the supervision of the physician or Allied Health Provider (CNP/PA). Participates in patient and family teaching. Maintains role as patient advocate with a focus on the facility’s mission. Provides coordination to the clinical staff as to patient flow and clinical operations as directed by the physician.

Qualifications

Required:

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse in State of Ohio.
• Current BLS certification.

Preferred:

• Two (2) or more years of previous experience in a physician office.
