Masterson Staffing is recruiting for an office lab assistant in Cokato, Minnesota, to support soybean seed sampling and truck scaling operations. The role will begin with hands-on sampling and quality checks, helping ensure accuracy as beans move from the farms to our loading workflow.

After the peak sampling season (6-8 weeks), the position will transition into a logistics dispatch role, coordinating deliveries with customers and scheduling packaged seed shipments.

The office lab role will be assisting with soybean seed sampling and truck scaling operations for beans coming from the farms.Following the busy sampling season 6-8 weeks we intend to move this individual into a logistics dispatch type role calling on customers to set up deliveries of packaged seed.
