Responsibilities

• Load, transport, unload, stage, assemble, and install commercial office furniture at customer locations.
• Assemble furniture components and workplace systems according to installation instructions and project requirements.
• Measure, align, level, and adjust furniture to meet manufacturer specifications.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and installation equipment safely.
• Review work orders, installation instructions, and project drawings before beginning assignments.
• Coordinate with installation crews, project managers, and onsite personnel to complete projects efficiently.
• Organize tools, materials, hardware, and staging areas throughout installation activities.
• Identify damaged materials, missing components, and installation discrepancies.
• Complete delivery tickets, installation records, and punch-list documentation.
• Perform final adjustments, cleaning, and quality inspections before project completion.
• Follow jobsite safety procedures, PPE requirements, and manufacturer installation standards.
• Support furniture moving, material handling, and other installation activities as needed.

• Valid driver's license and motor vehicle record meeting applicable job‑related safety and insurance requirements.
• Ability to travel between customer sites and project locations throughout the Austin area.
