Documation, Inc. is seeking a dependable Delivery Driver in San Antonio, TX to handle delivery, setup, and removal of office product equipment at customer sites. You will load safely, communicate with dispatch and sales, and keep precise delivery records.

Responsibilities include inventory organization, vehicle inspections, and accurate paperwork. A high school diploma is required; CDL is not necessary. This full-time role offers growth within a supportive warehouse team.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily delivery, set-up, and pick-up of office product equipment to and from customer locations in a safe and secure manner.
• Accurately complete and submit all required paperwork related to deliveries, moves, store until and pickups.
• Maintain excellent communications with customer, dispatch, and sales teams by providing prompt, professional, and courteous service.
• Organize and maintain inventory of parts, supplies, and equipment in the warehouse, ensuring cleanliness and orderliness.
• Adhere to all safe driving regulations while operating delivery vehicles.
• Perform regular vehicle inspections to ensure safe operation and maintenance.
• Deliver toner supplies to customers as required.
• Perform meter reads at customer sites to track equipment usage.
• Assist with inventory management of parts, supplies, and equipment to ensure stock levels are maintained
• Work closely with other team members to ensure the smooth and efficient completion of all tasks.
• Perform other duties as directed by management to support warehouse operations.
