Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the central point of coordination for day-to-day office operations across Saluda Medical’s Minnesota locations.
  • Create a welcoming, professional workplace experience for employees, visitors, candidates, vendors, and business partners.
  • Manage office operations, budgets, purchasing, facilities coordination, and vendor relationships.
  • Plan and coordinate meetings, events, training activities, and travel logistics.
  • Provide high-level administrative support to executive leadership, including calendar management and confidential communications.
  • Support Board and executive meeting logistics, governance activities, and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Partner with HR, Legal, Finance, Sales Training, and leadership teams on special projects and employee engagement.

At Saluda Medical, our Office Coordinator plays a critical role in creating an exceptional employee and visitor experience while ensuring the smooth operation of our U.S. offices. This position serves as a trusted partner to employees, executives, vendors, and key stakeholders, helping drive workplace efficiency, support strategic initiatives, and foster a highly collaborative and productive work environment.
