Job summary

Lincoln Property Company is seeking an Office Coordinator in Atlanta to support daily office operations and logistics. The role is 100% in-office, with responsibilities spanning supplies, mail, vendor coordination, onboarding, and events.

You will work with building management and vendors to ensure smooth operations, greet visitors, and maintain accurate records. A high school diploma and 1+ years of office experience are required.

  • 1+ years experience in office support or coordination; commercial real estate experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills and a professional, customer-service-oriented demeanor.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

  • Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and inventory, placing orders and tracking usage.
