Job summary

ServiceMaster Commercial Cleaning by the Experts in Richardson, TX is seeking an Industrial Cleaner for 4-hour shifts, Monday–Friday, 6pm–10pm. This part-time role offers 20–25 hours per week and a starting wage of $14 per hour.

You will follow cleaning protocols, maintain a clean and healthy environment, use provided PPE, and report to the franchise management. Basic English is preferred; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience as custodian/janitor a plus but not required.
• Flexible, fast-paced, multi-tasking ability is a must.
• Contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude and team effort.
• Respect co-workers and customers.
• Be in uniform, dependable, and on time.
• Physical stamina: standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 lbs per shift.
• Ability to read cleaning instructions.
• Differentiate between cleaning products and use.
• Basic English; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

Cleaner wanted for Office building at 1225 Alma Rd, Richardson, TX

Monday-Friday, 4 Hour shifts (6pm-10pm)

Part-time: 20-25 Hours Per Week

Industrial Cleaner: $14.00/Hour

• Physical stamina: standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 lbs. throughout your shift.
• Ability to read cleaning instructions
• Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and use.
• Basic knowledge of English language, bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.

Job Position Description:

This position is responsible for creating cleaner and healthier environments for our customer’s buildings and grounds by performing the following essential duties and responsibilities. Other duties may be Assigned:

• Experienced custodial service worker to work 4-hour shifts in an office building
• Maintain pre-existing cleaning protocols established in the facility for all other areas of the building
• Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided ServiceMaster products, equipment, tools and procedures
• Cleaning duties include sweeping, mopping, floor scrubbing, polishing, trash, windows and cleaning and moving furniture and equipment etc.
• Clean and disinfect high-touch areas routinely in accordance with CDC guidelines, in spaces that are accessible to customers, tenants, or other individuals
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Use proper PPE where required
• Open and lock facilities, enable and disable security system as required.
• Will provide on the job training to those with strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
