Job summary

Brewani Coffee Catering, a premium NYC-based coffee catering company, seeks a reliable Barista to run a client-office café. The role centers on consistent beverage preparation, guest experience, and clean, well-stocked service areas with Monday through Thursday shifts and a pay rate of $25 per hour.

The position requires hospitality-focused customer service and barista experience, with the ability to manage café operations, handle POS transactions, and monitor inventory.

Qualifications

• Hospitality and customer service experience required.
• Barista experience preferred.
• Punctuality and reliability to report to client site daily.

Responsibilities

• Prepare espresso-based beverages, coffee, tea and other menu items to Brewani’s standards.
• Provide friendly, professional service to employees and guests.
• Maintain beverage quality, presentation and service consistency.
• Keep the café organized and welcoming during service.
• Open the café each morning, dial in espresso and set up pastries.
• Operate the POS system and manage inventory.
• Rotate stock using FIFO and check expiration dates.
• Receive deliveries, stock supplies, and report issues to management.
