Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking an LVN to provide direct patient care in an office-based setting, supporting physicians and nurse practitioners as part of the healthcare team.

The role requires 2+ years in an office environment (OBGYN preferred), a valid LVN license, CPR certification, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Travel up to 15% is required, with a strong focus on patient safety and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• LVN state license required.
• 2+ years of office experience preferred (OBGYN a plus).
• Must maintain CPR certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• 15% travel required.
• Equivalent combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and assist physicians and nurse practitioners.
• Accurately calculate medication dosages.
• Perform telephone triage and document contacts.
• Assist with authorizations and referrals for revenue cycle needs.
• Document CPT and ICD-10 codes for services.
• Prepare examination rooms and maintain supplies.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and safety standards.
• Communicate with patients and families respectfully.
