Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking an Admin Assistant to support the GM and handle day-to-day administrative tasks. You will manage scheduling, screen calls, greet visitors, and oversee filing and expenses, ensuring smooth office operations.

Responsibilities include coordinating projects, updating databases, processing invoices, and safeguarding confidential information while liaising with departments as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
  • Strong communications skills both verbal and written.
  • Able to problem solve and think analytically.
  • Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Experience in office or events is a plus.

The Role: We are looking for an Admin Assistant to support the GM and assist with administrative duties.

  • Review all mail correspondence and direct to appropriate parties.
  • Coordinate, supervise, and complete special projects.
  • Serve as liaison between the general manager and other departments as directed.
  • Gather, enter and/or update data in records and databases.
  • Track all invoices and payments.
  • Responsible for handling highly confidential information.
  • Coordinate jobs and payments with vendors.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Must be competent in problem solving issues related to mobile devices as well as PC and Mac computers and must be proficient in Excel, Powerpoint, Word and Outlook.
  • Must have strong communications skills both verbal and written and must be able to actively and attentively listen.
  • Must be able to think through, evaluate and solve problems logically and efficiently.
  • Must be proactive and execute well.
  • Must have exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Must conduct all matters and communications in a professional and courteous manner as a representative of the executive and the company.
  • Preferred 1-2 years experience in an office and/or events.
