Job summary

Caliber Collision's Service Center Spokane - Downtown is seeking an Office Administrator to support front office teammates, manage payroll and HR records, and maintain AP/AR in accordance with company standards.

You will ensure accurate customer service and daily operations, using Microsoft Office and multiple software systems in a fast-paced shop environment. This role offers day-one benefits, weekly pay and opportunities for career growth within a nationwide collision repair network.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience within a customer facing environment.
• 1+ years of experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll (Preferred).
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.

• Provide front office support and training to teammates to perform their duties.
• Maintain payroll and HR-related administration and records for center staff.

JOB SUMMARY

Caliber Collision has an immediate job opening for an Office Administrator to perform all-purpose duties, which may include, but not limited to assisting with providing the front office teammates with the necessary tools, training and information to effectively perform their job, providing accurate and timely payroll and HR-related administration and record-keeping for all center associates, maintain Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable accounts and Cash Handling procedures to company standards, and provide a world class customer experience to all customers by ensuring center’s consistent application of all Caliber Standard Operating Procedure’s through ongoing training and monitoring.

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of experience within a customer facing environment
• 1+ years of experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll (Preferred)

• Effective verbal and written communication skills
