Position: Office Administrator and Customer Support Expert

We are seeking a self-starter with outstanding organizational skills and experience in office management and the Microsoft suite of products. You will be responsible for the general operation of our office, including:

  1. Greeting visitors
  2. Answering incoming phone calls
  3. Working in our CRM enterprise software to schedule customers
  4. Invoicing through QuickBooks Online
  5. Commencing the initial sales process with our proven sales training
  6. Purchasing office supplies and managing inventory
  7. Supervising office staff to ensure maximum productivity

Responsibilities
  • Overseeing general office operations
  • Providing excellent customer service by greeting visitors and answering high-volume calls
  • Supporting lead generation, customer loyalty, and daily office procedures
  • Managing the installation and service departments
  • Maintaining databases such as Contact Management System and Access
  • Handling customer mailings, incoming mail, and emails
  • Managing the calendar of events
  • Updating and managing reports and programs (sales, phone, loyalty, etc.)

Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in office administration
  • Outstanding organizational skills to manage multiple priorities efficiently
