Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking an Office Administrator in Portage, MI to handle payroll/HR administration, AP/AR, and cash handling while delivering a superior customer experience. The role supports front office teammates with tools and information and ensures SOPs are consistently applied through ongoing training and monitoring.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in a customer-facing environment, 1+ year experience with AP/AR/payroll, and a valid driver’s license.

• 1+ years of experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll (Preferred).
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide payroll and HR administration and recordkeeping for all center associates.
• Maintain Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Cash Handling procedures to company standards.
• Deliver a world-class customer experience by ensuring center SOPs are applied through training and monitoring.

Service Center Portage MI JOB SUMMARY Caliber Collision has an immediate job opening for an Office Administrator to perform all-purpose duties, which may include, but not limited to assisting with providing the front office teammates with the necessary tools, training and information to effectively perform their job, providing accurate and timely payroll and HR-related administration and recordkeeping for all center associates, maintain Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable accounts and Cash Handling procedures to company standards, and provide a world class customer experience to all customers by ensuring center’s consistent application of all Caliber Standard Operating Procedure’s through ongoing training and monitoring.

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of experience within a customer facing environment
• 1+ years of experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll (Preferred)
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy

ABILITES/SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE

• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to navigate multiple software systems, i.e., Microsoft Office Suite
• Work through competing priorities and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
