The HEICO Companies, LLC is seeking an Executive Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors at our Exeter, NH facility. You will interface with multiple departments and executives to support operations and respond to targeted customer inquiries with professional service and a courteous demeanor.
Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, this role requires strong MS Office skills, calendar management, event planning, and a polished professional presence.
As the first point of contact for all visitors to the site, the executive receptionist must exude a high degree of professionalism and presentation. In this role the executive receptionist will interface with multiple departments and executives to support the operation of our world class manufacturing facility. In addition, they will be a point person for targeted customer inquiries for various product lines, demanding excellent customer service-oriented skills and demeanor. This individual will be expected to embrace and exhibit our culture of honesty, integrity, and good corporate citizenship. This is a highly visible role within the organization reporting to the Vice President of Sales.

Manufacturing environment with exposure to moving mechanical equipment. Frequent interaction with machine tools, raw materials, and finished products. Compliance with all company safety policies, housekeeping requirements, and Foreign Object Debris (FOD) prevention practices. Required use of appropriate PPE and adherence to all safety procedures.
