Job summary

Blue Sky Innovators in Arlington, VA is seeking a candidate for on-site project management and technical support. The successful candidate will manage programmatic risk analysis and coordinate DARPA-funded testing activities.

The ideal candidate should have expertise in offensive cyber operations, vulnerability research, and reverse engineering. A TS/SCI clearance is required. Experience with AI integration and a background with DARPA or SETA is preferred.

Job description

Candidate sought to provide on-site support. Successful candidate will lead activities in project management, technical and programmatic risk analysis, and program-funded test coordination. The candidate will also be responsible for coordinating meetings, assessing performer technical progress, projecting performer outcomes, ensuring that project management best practices are followed by performers, and supporting DARPA-funded independent verification and validation (IV&V) testing with performers and partners. The ideal candidate possesses technical expertise and experience with red teaming, vulnerability research, and/or reverse engineering of network edge devices, commercial cybersecurity apparatuses, and other enterprise network boundary devices. Exemplary candidates have demonstrated an ability to learn new subjects and gain rapid insights into current and next‑generation cyber research and prototyping, preferably with hands‑on leadership of research programs at the performer level.
