Bluehawk, LLC is seeking a Counterintelligence Specialist to support Offensive CI Operations for USINDOPACOM J2X across the Indo-Pacific. The role emphasizes coordinating deconfliction, integration, and execution of CI activities with diverse service components, agencies, and partners to protect national interests.

You will participate in working groups, review and advise on CI projects, and prepare briefings for senior leadership.

Formación

• Certified CI Agent with experience in Offensive CI Operations.
• Completion of Fundamentals of Intelligence Analysis or military equivalent.
• Ability to obtain and maintain eligibility for SAP access.
• Strong background in CI operational planning, risk assessment, and interagency coordination.
• Experience assessing foreign intelligence threats and conducting all-source CI research.
• Ability to deliver concise, accurate, and actionable briefings for senior leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate, deconflict, and synchronize Offensive CI Operations across USINDOPACOM.
• Serve as a liaison between J2X, J3 planners, OFCO executors, Service components, and external partners.
• Participate in quarterly OFCO Working Groups with various agencies and partners.
• Conduct SME reviews of OFCO activities, evaluating risk vs gain for CCICA and leadership.
• Coordinate SME reviews to develop unified coordination feedback for Joint Staff approval.
• Identify and recommend offensive CI opportunities supporting USINDOPACOM LOEs.
• Support the Zebra Gold Program Manager with daily staffing and coordination for OFCO activities.
• Coordinate with OFCO executors to obtain updates and ensure proper deconfliction.
• Ensure reporting from OFCO activities is disseminated via IIRs and other channels.
• Prepare and deliver weekly OFCO briefings to senior leaders.
• Assist in preparing briefing materials and OFCO updates for decision-makers.
• Support development and staffing of USINDOPACOM Offensive CI Operational Requirements.
• Assist in coordinating and deconflicting CI operations against foreign influence activities in the region.
• Provide operational context, insight, and recommendations to address threats and intelligence gaps.
