Stone Plastics & Manufacturing is seeking an off shift Process Technician to establish and document molding processes, enabling duplication in production and successful program launches. You will identify and eliminate variability, mentor operators, and ensure equipment performs properly while aligning with our quality standards.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree or related field, self-motivated leadership, and hands-on experience with injection molding, tooling, and continuous improvement.

Qualifikationen

• Degree preferred, Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent to injection molding preferred.
• Leadership style: Self-starter, able to work with little direction and high level of self-motivation.
• Well organized project management skills, program management background a plus.
• Systematic trouble shooting experience.

Aufgaben

• Establish New and Optimized Molding Processes.
• Identify and Eliminate Variability.
• Provide mentoring and coaching to all levels of the manufacturing environment as it relates to Plastics Process, Tooling, Quality and Leadership.
• Support the manufacturing facility based on need and customer requirements.
