Job summary

MAC Incorporated in Lakeland, Florida is seeking a Maintenance Technician for 3rd shift at a beverage manufacturing plant. Pay range is $32 per hour to $36 per hour plus $1 shift diff. PLC troubleshooting and electrical/mechanical repair experience required.

Responsibilities include maintaining processing equipment, reading schematics, and implementing PLC changes as needed. Health benefits and 401(k) are available after eligibility.

Qualifications

• Must pass drug screen (cannabis included)
• Can lift 50 lbs
• Strong mechanical and electrical skills with emphasis on equipment troubleshooting and repair

Responsibilities

• Installing, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical and electrical components of processing equipment such as fillers, labelers, cappers, shrink wrappers, pasteurizers, and blending equipment
• Reading and troubleshooting via prints and schematics; Use electrical testing equipment, schematics, and ladder logic, and to troubleshoot and diagnose manufacturing equipment such as fillers, packers, labelers, and palletizers
• Installing and making PLC program operating changes in a manufacturing environment as needed such as timing changes, pressure/temperature operating levels, speed references, PID loops, and operating sequence

ELECTRICAL MECHANICAL SKILL SETWITH PLC TROUBLESHOOTING EXPERIENCE.

SHIFT: 5PM-530AM

Duties include:

• Installing, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical and electrical components of processing equipment such as fillers, labelers, cappers, shrink wrappers, pasteurizers, and Blending equipment
• Reading and troubleshooting via prints and schematics; Use electrical testing equipment, schematics, and ladder logic, and to troubleshoot and diagnose manufacturing equipment such as fillers, packers, labelers, and palletizers
• Installing and making PLC program operating changes in a manufacturing environment as needed such as timing changes, pressure/temperature operating levels, speed references, PID loops, and operating sequence
