Job summary

DICK’S Sporting Goods is seeking a Teammate – Off Field Operations to support store execution, inventory accuracy and customer service. You will greet athletes and teammates, provide product knowledge, ensure merchandising standards and follow safety and loss prevention rules.

This role emphasizes teamwork, accountability, and a hands-on approach to daily store operations. Starting pay range listed as $12.50 to $19.50 per hour, with benefits and a path to career growth in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• Greet teammates and athletes, understand needs and provide service.
• Follow merchandising standards and inventory processes.
• Adhere to safety, loss prevention and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Greet everyone (Teammates and Athletes) and proactively approach athletes to understand their needs and support their shopping experience by providing helpful, accurate product knowledge and customer service.
• Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards by following established floor sets, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation and replenishment standards, etc.
• Promote company programs (i.e., customer loyalty program participation, warranty sales, private label credit card enrollment, etc.).
• Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention and standard operating procedures, as well as to laws and guidelines of external governing entities, including those of the Federal ATF.
• Create an inclusive store environment where everyone (Teammates & Athletes) feels welcome, safe, and is treated with respect.
• Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store.
• Performs other tasks as assigned.
