Job summary

RTX Corporation, a leader in aerospace and defense, seeks a Payroll Operations Analyst - Off-Cycle Processing to join the Enterprise Services team in a hybrid U.S. role.

You will execute off-cycle payments, validate earnings and tax implications, and ensure audit-ready records across Raytheon, Collins Aerospace, Pratt & Whitney, and Corporate units. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience working with corporate payroll.
• 1+ year of experience in payroll operations or an adjacent field, preferably in a large multi-business unit organization.

Responsibilities

• Audit and validate multiple off-cycle payroll processing procedures, ensuring accuracy of earnings, deductions, tax impacts, and special pay while meeting strict payroll deadlines.
• Oversee and ensure timely delivery of payroll processing signoffs, serving as the subject matter expert for calculations. Partner with LOA, HR, and other teams to ensure accurate documentation and data inputs across all business units.
• Act as the SME and primary escalation point for payroll cases, including multi-system research, employee communications, policy interpretation, or cross-functional coordination.
• Manage incoming report distribution and tracking, ensuring accurate validation, routing, and follow-up across payroll teams; maintain audit-ready records.
• Monitor shared team inboxes, triage requests, escalate when needed, and document resolutions.
• Review process improvement intake and collaborate with Payroll Ops leadership on potential improvements.
