Job summary

Kiewit is seeking an OFCI Manager to support data center construction projects, managing Owner-Furnished Contractor-Installed equipment and materials on-site with vendors and construction teams. This role is embedded on-site and acts as the primary liaison between the owner, vendors, and construction teams.

The position requires coordinating procurement through turnover, maintaining detailed records, and ensuring timely delivery in alignment with schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in construction coordination, preferably OFCI or data centers.
• Strong logistics, vendor coordination, and equipment installation knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage the lifecycle of OFCI equipment from procurement through turnover.
• Coordinate with owners, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery and readiness for installation.
• Maintain detailed tracking logs and documentation for all OFCI items.
• Oversee receipt, inspection, and storage of OFCI materials on-site.
• Ensure proper handling and installation per manufacturer and project specs.
• Provide status updates and reporting to project leadership and teams.
